PRO     :

1.  It's cheap about RM 113 at night if you book online, it's clean. It's also right next door to the  JB sentral. 
2. M any shops and restaurant (KFC, Subway Burger King and etc) and some souvenir shops around there. 
3. The worker are very friendly.

CONS  :

1.  There's no parking. your best choice is to park at the shopping mall right next door. There's a      flat rate RM6 if you park from 7 p.m to 6 a.m.
2. The weather is rather to hot or always raining.
3. Almost all the food are expensive which is from RM 22.
